1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by FunKick GRD ("we," "us," "our"), including attending classes, using our website at funkickgrd.com, or registering as a member, you ("you," "member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and participants of FunKick GRD programs, both in-person and online.
2. Membership
FunKick GRD memberships are offered on a month-to-month or prepaid basis. By signing up, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information including health disclosures where required
- Notify FunKick GRD of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in any class
- Use your membership for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not transfer your membership or class credits to another individual without written consent
Membership benefits are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active members.
3. Classes & Booking
Classes at FunKick GRD are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website, app, or front desk. The following policies apply:
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a class may result in forfeiture of the class credit
- Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after start time) may not be permitted to join ongoing sessions at instructor discretion
- Class credits expire as specified in your membership or package terms
- FunKick GRD reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes without prior notice due to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or other operational reasons
4. Payments & Refunds
All fees are charged in USD. Monthly memberships are automatically billed on the same date each month. Class packs are billed at time of purchase.
Refund policy:
- Unused class packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, minus any used sessions
- Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 14 days notice before the next billing cycle
- Free trial classes carry no monetary value and are not transferable
- Event tickets and special programs are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by FunKick GRD
5. Member Conduct
FunKick GRD is committed to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment. All members agree to:
- Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect
- Follow all instructor directions and studio safety guidelines
- Refrain from any discriminatory, harassing, or threatening behavior
- Not record or photograph other members without express consent
- Maintain hygiene standards appropriate for shared fitness spaces
Violations may result in immediate removal from a class and/or termination of membership without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Physical fitness activities carry inherent risks. By participating in FunKick GRD classes, you acknowledge:
- You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical exercise
- You are in adequate physical condition to participate or have received medical clearance
- FunKick GRD is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes when proper instructions were followed
- You release FunKick GRD, its owners, instructors, and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation
This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of FunKick GRD.
7. Termination
FunKick GRD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that endangers others. Members may cancel their membership at any time per the policies outlined in Section 4.
